In Novemeber, members of the Roofday Family gathered for our latest Roofday Micro Retreat — a retreat built around connection, collaboration, and a shared passion for building stronger businesses and even stronger relationships.
Held at Meemo's Ranch in Michigan, the retreat brought together contractors from across the Midwest. Between morning mastermind sessions, evening fireside conversations, and plenty of laughs in between, one theme stood out: we’re better together.

We wrapped up the retreat with a group dinner where members shared their goals for the year ahead — many leaving with new ideas, partnerships, and friendships that will carry them forward.
